UnitedHealthcare will implement new, more functional ID cards beginning in December. Caterpillar members enrolled in benefit plans administered by UnitedHealthcare will receive new medical ID cards beginning next year after annual enrollment elections have been processed. However, if a member has a life event change occurring outside of annual enrollment or request replacement cards, he/she will receive the new version of the ID card when the change is processed.
